Brian Courtemanche, O.D.

Dr. Brian Courtemanche has been practicing advanced optometric care for over 20 years in Connecticut.  He provides comprehensive eye care for all ages, including the fitting of contact lenses and the diagnosis and treatment of medical eye disorders such as glaucoma.

Dr. Courtemanche graduated Cum Laude from the College of New Jersey in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  He went on to attend the State University of New York, where he received his Doctorate of Optometry in 2001, earning awards for academic excellence.  He completed his internship at the SUNY Optometric Center in New York City, where he gained experience in primary care, pediatric optometry, contact lens care, and all aspects of ocular disease.  He returned to his home state of Connecticut to perform externships at the West Haven and Newington Veterans Administration Medical Centers.

In his free time Dr. Courtemanche enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, singing, and performing in community theater.
